This work is deeply personal to me.
It was born out of love for my daughters, a sense of urgency about the world they were growing into, and a conviction that women need wiser, stronger, and more trustworthy ways to discover their purpose and reach their dreams.

We seek to search out and harness all means to accomplish this as effectively and efficiently as possible.

For many years, our family escaped each summer to the quiet beauty of Southern France.
Those weeks away gave us a chance to slow down, reconnect, and remember what mattered most.
During those times, I often found myself thinking deeply about all the things I wanted my daughters to know – not only information, but wisdom.
I wanted to teach them what I had learned over the years about purpose, health, people, truth, and how to live in a way that honors who they are meant to be.
One summer, when my youngest daughter was five, she wisely suggested that we write a book together – a book that would include the stories and ideas I wanted them to have, with pictures to help bring the concepts to life.
That moment stayed with me.
In many ways, The Wise Women Network is the beginning of that book – for my daughters, and for all daughters.
My adult life moved quickly through public accounting, banking, global work, board service with organizations I believed could help shape the future, fundraising, motherhood, and the many responsibilities that come with trying to do everything well.
As I navigated career, household, travel, health challenges, children, and the realities of life, I became increasingly aware of how difficult the old models of success had become – especially for women who also wanted to be present in their personal lives and families.
That realization changed my path.
I saw more clearly that the old-fashioned ways of succeeding in business were no longer practical or possible for many people.
And I became determined to find wiser solutions – for my own daughters, and for other women – to help them overcome and excel in all aspects of life.
During that season, I kept detailed notes about what had helped me most, what I wished I had had, and what I hoped my daughters would one day have access to.
Those lists became part of the foundation of The Wise Women Network and its mission.
The Wise Women Network is founded on principles, strategies, systems, and structures that educate, equip, and enable women to live out their dreams according to their life’s purpose.
Our logo and business model form the shape of an hourglass.
This reflects wisdom collection, wisdom dissemination, and time.
In our time, we can each choose to seek and share wisdom so that we become empowered to discover and live out our unique purpose.
We believe in building what can be trusted.
We believe in creating safe platforms where women can express needs, discover solutions, and grow together.
We believe in authentic, proven, truthful, holistic, healthy, and high-quality resources.
And we believe that when one woman is enabled to reach her dreams, the impact reaches far beyond her alone – into her family, her community, and the world.

In the Wise Women Network, I often describe this through 3 Wise Integrated Pillars:
Wise Inside includes our spiritual and psychological being.
This is where transformation begins.
It is where we seek deeper understanding of who we are, what matters to us, and what our purpose may be.
Wise Body considers our physiological being, including how we care for our bodies and our health.
To live well and serve well, we must care for the body we have been given.
Wise Life provides the practical means for living an empowered life.
It includes the tools, structures, strategies, systems, and solutions that help us navigate real life with greater wisdom and strength.
These three pillars are distinct, yet deeply connected.
I believe empowerment begins within and then moves outward. As we grow in wisdom, care for our bodies, and build wiser external solutions, we become better equipped to discern our purpose, chart our path, and bring our dreams to life.
Each of us has a set period of time in which to discover our purpose (a.k.a Calling or Ikigai), chart our path, and live it out.
Like many people, I did not always know my purpose clearly.
I made mistakes. I struggled. I tried to understand how life worked. I learned through living, working across countries, surviving tragedy, and continuing to grow.
That journey taught me that discovering purpose is rarely a single dramatic moment.
More often, it is a process.
A journey.
Many people talk about living out their dreams, but often they do not yet know what those dreams truly are, how to discover them, or how to live them out wisely.
I believe a person’s dreams should be premised on their unique purpose.
And I believe the path toward reaching those dreams often unfolds in three broad movements:

Wise Seeking is at the heart of how we grow.
To reach our dreams, we need to seek wisdom that helps us understand who we are, what we need, and what will help move us in the right direction.

There is wisdom in watching what we consume.

That effect is built into the solutions we build, select, and support. When wise systems, structure, training, and shared space work together in the right way, a woman’s effort can go further, scale more powerfully, and create greater impact than effort alone ever could.
