The Next Gen was created by American-Dutch young people who love everything about S.T.E.M. and want to inspire the next generation to do the same. Through their boutique, they share their interests, values, and talents with the hope of encouraging kids to focus their studies in science, technology, engineering, and math.
Their mission is not only educational, but deeply empowering.
They want young people to better themselves, prepare for the future, seek truth, pursue what is right, and become the best version of themselves.
Income generated through their boutique is intended to help fund university, making this venture both visionary and practical.
The Next Gen reflects the kind of future-minded, wisdom-centered, purpose-driven work this award is meant to celebrate.

Susan Cahill Music
Susan Cahill Music reflects excellence in artistry, education, mentorship, and meaningful contribution to the creative community.
Susan Cahill is a bassist, composer, and educator who has served as a member of the Colorado Symphony since 1997 and on the faculty of the Lamont School of Music at the University of Denver since 2009. Her work as a soloist, chamber performer, educator, composer, and nonprofit arts leader reflects both high achievement and deep commitment to helping others grow.
Through her boutique, Susan offers music coaching sessions designed to help people in the arts connect with their true purpose, strengthen their message, and grow meaningful connections to their creative communities and the audiences who support them.
Her approach to coaching is thoughtful, tenacious, and deeply personal. It reflects a belief that real teaching continues until the message is clear and real results begin to appear.
